Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the CleanBid platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use CleanBid.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify account holders of material changes by email.

CleanBid is a B2B SaaS platform designed for commercial cleaning companies (Building Service Contractors). The platform includes:

• Bid calculation — profit-first bid building using ISSA production rates and your labor costs
• Proposal generation — branded, professional proposals you can send to prospects
• Contract P&L tracking — monitor the profitability of active contracts over time
• Scheduling — crew and job scheduling tools for active contracts
• Mobile app — field crew access and GPS check-in via mobile devices

Features may change over time as the product evolves. We will provide reasonable notice of significant feature removals.

CleanBid is a business tool intended for commercial use. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are using CleanBid on behalf of a legitimate business entity
• All account information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date
• Your company has one primary account; you may not create multiple accounts to circumvent billing or usage limits
• You are at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your company

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

CleanBid is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are in US dollars.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with CleanBid, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
• If you cancel your subscription, your access to the platform continues until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account. We will attempt to notify you before suspending access.

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the CleanBid platform
• Share your login credentials with individuals outside your company
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to CleanBid without written permission
• Use CleanBid to store, transmit, or process data in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or CleanBid's infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the platform
• Upload malicious code, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights

Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

You own your data. All business data you enter into CleanBid — including building details, contracts, bids, proposals, and client information — remains your property.

By using CleanBid, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the CleanBid service. This license does not permit us to sell your data or use it for purposes unrelated to operating the platform.

You may export or request deletion of your data at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CleanBid is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CleanBid shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities
• Business decisions made based on calculations, estimates, or proposals generated by CleanBid — you are responsible for verifying all figures before submitting bids or signing contracts
• Data loss resulting from user error, account deletion, or service interruption
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to CleanBid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By CleanBid: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In cases of non-payment, we will attempt to notify you before suspending access.

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you may request an export of your data within 90 days before it is deleted.

Sections 6, 7, and any accrued payment obligations survive termination of these Terms.
