Privacy Policy

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing details. This information is required to create and maintain your account.

Business Data: As you use CleanBid, we store the data you enter — including building details, square footage, cleaning frequencies, labor rates, contract terms, proposals, and schedules. This data is yours and is processed solely to provide the service.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information. This helps us improve product reliability and user experience.

Floor Plan Data: If you upload floor plans for AI-assisted analysis, those files are transmitted to our AI processing provider solely for the purpose of generating cleaning estimates. They are not stored permanently by the AI provider.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the CleanBid platform
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails such as account confirmations, invoices, and password resets
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account
• Analyze usage patterns to improve product features and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles based on your usage.

CleanBid is hosted on Supabase, which runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Your data is stored in the United States.

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/HTTPS), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• QuickBooks / Intuit — only if you choose to connect your QuickBooks account; data is shared solely to sync invoices and job data you explicitly authorize
• OpenAI — floor plan and document analysis only; data is not used to train OpenAI models under our API agreement

All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purpose of providing services to CleanBid.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days of account closure, unless we are required to retain it longer by law (for example, for tax or billing records).

Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked back to individual users.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct — update inaccurate or incomplete information in your account
• Export — request an export of your business data in a machine-readable format
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated personal data

CleanBid uses only session cookies required for authentication — to keep you logged in while you use the platform. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, but doing so may prevent you from logging in to the platform.
